Your Warranty

All Installation carried out by The Fireplace Installers carry a full 12 Month Warranty against faulty workmanship. Obviously your suppliers will give you warranties on the products supplied by them, so we can not be held liable for damaged or faulty goods.

We will also shortly be offering in conjunction with Corgi a 6 year warranty against faulty workmanship on any gas work undertaken. This will be in addition to the 12 month warranty on the installation of the fireplace and would cover clients even in the highly unlikely event that The Fireplace Installers were no longer trading.

This 6 year warranty on gas work will be at no additional cost to our clients, and offered as part of our long term commitment to excellence in our work and protecting our clients best interests.

Your warranty will be issued when payment for the installation has been made in full.
