Home Survey:                   No Installation or Guaranteed Prices will be given untill a Home Survey is undertaken.  The cost of the Home Survey
                                        is £40.00 payable on the day and is fully refundable against the cost of Installation.   

Deposit:                            There will be a deposit payable of £100.00 before an Installation Date is confirmed. No booking will be undertaken
                                        without receipt of this payment. 

Damaged Goods:               The Fireplace Installers cannot be held responsible for damaged goods that have not  been checked prior to our
                                        arrival to Install. If we are unable to install due to faulty or damaged goods provided by the customer, we may
                                        at our discretion charge an abort fee of £150.00 to cover our costs which will be payable on the day.

Your Responsibility:           It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the chimney has been swept if required and certified.
                                        Failure to do so may also lead to an abort fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to move furniture and
                                        carpets as requested at the Home Survey. The Fireplace Installers will not be liable for damge to any furnishing
                                        that have not been moved as requested. 

Payment Terms:                Payment in Full by payment method agreed in advance is required upon Completion of the Installation. Your Warranty
                                        and relevant certification will be issued upon payment in full.  

Warranty:                         All work carried out by The Fireplace Installers carries a full 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship.
                                        This does not extend to faulty goods supplied by the customer.
