Our Price Promise

We make one simple promise to our clients and that is that when we quote you a price for work, that is the price that you will pay. You will receive a schedule of work with prices shown for each process of the installation. There can be occasions when we carry out the home survey that we are unable to remove your existing fire to check the builders opening and therefore have to quote for work that may or may not be required. These will be highlighted on your schedule of work and if not required that amount will be deducted from you final installation cost.

There can very rarely be unexpected costs but these are few and far between and we guarantee that no additional work is carried out without your prior approval and agreement of costs involved.

We also guarantee that other than payment for the Home Survey on the day it is undertaken and your Deposit Payment we will never ask for upfront payments. You only ever pay the balance on completion of the installation.

You can rest safe in the knowledge that when we give you a price and schedule of works that we will never increase the cost of the work detailed within, even if the installation carries on into an additional day.
